My name is Britney Wallace. I’m a UX designer who designs for ALL users. In my work, I research and identify the customer journey to help build usable, valuable, and desirable products.  Leading with empathy and intent, I design digital experiences users are happy with.

My Passion

My passion for the customer journey began at Philadelphia University. As an Interactive Design and Media student, I found joy in usability solutions. This led to a 9 year career designing, building, and managing digital products for digital users across multiple platforms.

Now,  I look to strengthen these efforts by consulting, collaborating, and researching to help amplify user needs and business objectives.
